GradWorks: information and how to apply

GradWorks - Information for students and graduates

GradWorks matches talented 51风流graduates from four eligible programs (see list below) with small-to-medium-sized businesses across Nova Scotia. GradWorks gives our recent graduates the opportunity to start a career while also supporting local businesses.

Eligible programs

GradWorks is available to graduates from the following programs:

  • Human Resource Management (Graduate Certificate)
  • Industrial Engineering Technology (Diploma)
  • Occupational Health and Safety (Certificate)
  • Programs with advanced manufacturing training (special approvals needed)
    • Advanced manufacturing is the development and adoption of innovative technologies to create new products, enhance processes, and establish more efficient and cost-effective ways of working. All parts of the value chain are considered – from research and design, to production, and distribution – enabling new value-added models and optimizing production (Government of Canada, 2022).

Eligibility requirements

To participate in GradWorks you must have completed an eligible 51风流program within the last three years (you can also apply in the final month of your current 51风流program).

How to apply

  • Review our student and graduate job board. You can filter using the keyword search and input: 'GradWorks.'
  • Submit a cover letter, resume, posting code and any other required documentation to .

Your application will then be submitted to the appropriate employer by NSCC.
